Hi Quinn,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
How fun! There’s nothing like a Walt Disney World Resort trip right after final exams. Quinn, you can call the
Group Reservations desk if the team plans to stay on property with more than 10 rooms. The Cast Members at this desk would help with that booking process for a group this size if staying on property.
Now, if you and the team don’t plan to stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your trip, you could book the entire party’s tickets online. Before you purchase, you’ll want to confirm that
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has
Disney Park Pass availability by checking out this
calendar. You’ll want to select “Theme Park Tickets” then scroll to December. Select a specific day, and if the chart is showing all green, there’s availability for Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Next, you’ll want to purchase the tickets for the team and your staff. I suggest doing this all at one time, under one
My Disney Experience account. Once all the tickets are purchased, you’ll want to make Disney Park Pass reservations for each person, which will give access to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for that specific day. When everyone has a ticket and Disney Park Pass for the day, you’ll be all set for entry into the Theme Parks.
If for any reason you need additional help in booking, you can always call the
New Tickets help desk which begins accepting calls around 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time. They would be able to help with the ticket purchases, you’ll just want to make sure that you or one of your staff members have a My Disney Experience account to connect all the tickets to.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your team’s day in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. If you have any other questions in the meantime,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
