    I am trying to book a villa for the week before christmas this year but the system always say they are unavailable. Am I doing something wrong?

    If you are having trouble with the web site, I recommend giving the reservations line a call directly at (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639), and a Cast Member can help you confirm availability for the week you are looking for.  You will be able to get the same rates and packages available by booking on line when you speak with a Cast Member.
