Disney's Wilderness Lodge, so I’m thrilled to help you with this question. The tranquil setting and impressive architecture, combined with the resort's proximity to Magic Kingdom, make it one of the best spots at Walt Disney World (at least in my humble opinion).
One quick note before we begin. If you’re looking to reserve a cabin near Wilderness Lodge Resort, then you’ll want to look at
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins.
Boulder Ridge Villas, which is also located nearby, offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom villa options, as well as the stunning 3-bedroom Grand Villa.
I’m sorry you’re having trouble booking the rooms you want for your vacation. Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins are both Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resorts, which means DVC members can book before the general public. That may impact room availability. If you’ve already spoken with a Cast Member on the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations line, then there isn’t much you can do except continue to check the resort web page in hopes that another guest has dropped or modified their reservation.
There is good news, though! If you’re looking for a cabin in a rustic setting, then you don’t have to go far. Just next door and nestled amongst a beautiful pine and cypress forest are the
Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Fort Wilderness features all sorts of outdoor activities, such as archery and bike riding, and trail rides at the nearby
Tri-Circle-D Ranch. I’d suggest checking out their reservation page, and hopefully, there is availability for your desired dates.
