    I am trying to book a vacation and the first time I pressed "purchase" it went back to my cart and the second time the "please wait" window has been up for 5-10 minutes. I want to make sure I do not purchase it twice. What do I do?

    I’m so incredibly happy to hear that you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort! But let’s make sure, in the excitement, that you don’t accidentally book your vacation twice! 

    What I would suggest doing is logging out of your Walt Disney World Resort account, logging back in, and checking the “My Plans” page under the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of the Walt Disney World Resort Website’s screen. From there, you’ll be able to see if your plans went through! (You can also check your email for a confirmation.) 

    If you do not see any of those things, then I think it’s safe to say that you can go through purchasing the items in your cart without any worries! 

    If you do find that you end up with two Walt Disney World Resort reservations, please call website support at (407) 939-4357 so they can sort things out!
