As of the time I'm answering your question, the 2027
Disneyland Resort hotel bookings are not open quite yet. While there hasn't been an official announcement as to when exactly they'll open, in previous years they've opened some time between August and September, so I would anticipate them becoming available to book soon.
I certainly understand and relate to wanting to get all those details finalized for upcoming trips! Currently, you can already purchase your
theme park tickets and make your
theme park reservations for an early January 2027 visit - it's just the hotel reservations that you're waiting on to open up. Therefore, if you're wanting to book other nearby experiences for your trip then you could plan and book just about all the other details now and then do a fast follow up of booking your Disneyland Resort hotel once those reservations become available in a couple of weeks.
From what I've seen in the past, these hotel rooms don't typically get completely booked up right after those reservation windows open up so you should still have plenty of time to find the right accommodations for your visit!
