Hi Heather,
Welcome to planDisney! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble booking that trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
In looking at your trip dates, there are several days in June with no park pass availability. Every Guest currently has to have a park pass reservation in addition to theme park tickets to enter a park. If you take a look at the
theme park reservation availability calendar, you will see the unavailable dates. Once you get your package or tickets purchased, you will need to link the confirmation number(s) in
My Disney Experience and then immediately make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
If you can, you might want to consider changing your dates. If you cannot modify your dates, know that park pass availability can change at any moment, so keep checking. And, having just returned from a trip, I will also add that I hope you have some
advanced dining reservations. Although we had excellent weather, it was hot, and I imagine temperatures will rise as we head into June. So, those dining reservations gave us a nice air-conditioned break.
If you are purchasing theme park tickets with the Park Hopper® Option, be sure to review the
park hopping details prior to your visit. We were able to park hop without any problems on our last visit, but keep in mind that park hopping may not be available depending on park crowds at the time of your visit.
Hopefully, you are familiar with the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. We found the mobile app useful for
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering,
Mobile Dine Check-in, and
Disney MagicMobile service. We also used it to check Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability although I have to caution, there was very limited
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability on my most recent visit last week. So, advanced dining reservations are best!
Heather, if I misunderstood your question, my apologies! We are super exited to welcome you to a world of magic soon!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
