Bonjour Kirsty and welcome to planDisney.
I am so excited to hear that you'll be visiting
Disneyland Paris, next December. My family spent a long weekend there, just a few weeks ago, and absolutely loved
Disney Enchanted Christmas! So much so that we've already booked to return, next November - it truly is the most magical time of year to visit.
Going back to your question, let me tell you that
My Royal Dream is such a wonderful experience. Not only for the child who is under-going a fairytale makeover but, also for you, as a parent, watching as their royal transformation takes place. My daughter attended My Royal Dream, last year and loved every single minute of the whole experience.
Top Tip - I would highly recommend purchasing a
PhotoPass to use throughout your stay because if you have one of these, every photograph taken during the mini-photoshoot, after the transformation is complete, is added to this for you, at no extra cost. We came away with literally dozens of the most beautiful photos of our little girl, when we were there.
As you are probably already aware, My Royal Dream is an extremely popular experience which is regularly sold out so, you are very smart to want to get this booked, as soon as possible.
I am wondering if you have managed to successfully link your Hotel Booking in the Disneyland Paris Mobile App because, when I try to book My Royal Dream for our November 2026 visit, I can confirm that I am able check for availability for each date of out visit and select times to book the experience.
To check the booking has linked properly, you need to open the
Disneyland Paris Mobile App and click on "Account" in the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen. Then select "My Hotel Bookings" where you should be able to see your "Upcoming" booking.
If you can't, you need to link your booking again, so that it shows up in this section.
Once your booking is linked, the best way to book My Royal Dream is by clicking on "Account" again, followed by "My Royal Dream." Then select "Book this experience" followed by "Book an appointment." At this point, the calendar should default to the month of your visit with the dates of your stay shown in colour whilst the other dates are greyed out. If you click on any of the dates of your stay, you will be able to see which times are available to book, on that particular day.
If you are still struggling with the Mobile App, I would suggest trying to book via the Disneyland Paris website instead but, you will still need to sign in to your Disney Account and link your booking.
Kirsty, I will keep my fingers crossed that this information helps to solve the issues that you've been having and that you're able to get My Royal Dream booked for your December 2026 visit.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
