    I am trying to book our resort and tickets and it keeps not being in my cart. I have tried to multiple times. Other hotels say they are available on the same dates but when I choose them as well they don't work also.

     Welcome to planDisney, Lisa. I'm so glad you stopped by! It's sounds like you're starting to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and you're having a few hiccups. Let's see if we can get this sorted out!

     Have you created a My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World Resort website? Usually, if you're logged in to your account, anything you've added to your online cart saves for you to return to. My other suggestion is to be sure you're using Google Chrome as your browser. I've found that I have the best luck using the Walt Disney World Resort website on Chrome than other internet browsers. If that's not working either, not to fret! I recommend you call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. A friendly Cast Member there can assist you in booking your Disney vacation over the phone! We once had to book a Disney vacation for our extended family of 14, and we just found it much easier to take care of over the phone rather than online. 

     Once you have that magical vacation booked, be ready to use My Disney Experience to create and manage your plans. You'll be able to make your dining reservations and book experiences from the Enchanting Extras Collection up to 60-days prior to your arrival day, so make sure you have that booking date on your calendar!
