Hi Cindy! I hope you're having a fantastic day so far! Welcome to planDisney! It's awesome to have you here! I'm sorry you're having some trouble with your
Annual Pass reservations. Don't worry, though; I'm here to help! While I may not have all the details about your pass, I'll do everything I can to assist you with troubleshooting the problem.
As a Passholder, you can make a certain number of reservations on a rolling basis, depending on your pass type. If you have a Disney Incredi-Pass or a Disney Sorcerer Pass, you're in luck! You can hold up to five reservations. For a Disney Pirate Pass, you can have up to four reservations; for a Disney Pixie Dust Pass, you can hold up to three reservations simultaneously.
Also, please note that if any days you plan to visit the park are Good-to-Go Days, you don't need to make a reservation. You're free to visit the park without any prior booking.
In addition to the Good-to-Go Days, you can now visit the Theme Parks without a reservation after 2:00 PM (except Saturdays and Sundays at
Magic Kingdom Park).
My next suggestion is to double-check if there are
any blockout dates for your desired dates and Annual Pass type. If nothing works, you can
call the exclusive line for Annual Passholders, and a friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to help you. Trust me, it's always a magical experience when I chat with a Cast Member. They will be sure to help you with any technical glitches you might be facing.
Because you're an awesome Annual Pass holder, you also have the added benefit of Park Hopper. This fantastic perk allows you to visit another Theme Park anytime during park hours, adding flexibility to your park visits. To take advantage of this benefit, just remember to reserve a Theme Park for the first one you plan to visit and enter it before going to another park.
Cindy, I hope this helps. I understand how important it is for you to have a wonderful experience with your Annual Pass, and we are all here to help you in any way we can. If you have any other questions,
please let us know.
Cheers
Nilson
