Trying to book a reservation for Savi’s workshop with a virtual credit card

    Hello there, Phillip!

From one Marylander to another, welcome to planDisney! You are in good company because I’m also an aspiring Jedi. I’d be happy to help you figure out how you can be one with the force in Savi’s Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at the Walt Disney World Resort

Phillip, in order to complete a Savi’s Workshop reservation, you’ll need to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. That credit card will be charged in the event that your party doesn’t arrive as scheduled. When you meet with the Gatherers for your appointment, you may use any valid form of payment to pay for your lightsaber.

When you make the reservation in the My Disney Experience mobile app, the credit card that is saved to your My Disney Experience account will appear. If you don’t want to use that credit card, you have the option to edit or change the card you have on file. You can add the following forms of payment to your My Disney Experience account: Disney Visa Card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Diners Club Charge Card, Japan Credit Bureau, and UnionPay.

Phillip, when it’s your turn to wield the force, I recommend arriving at Savi’s Workshop 15 minutes before your reservation time so that you can take your time figuring out if you’ll want to take the path of Peace and Justice or Power and Control.

May the magic be with you!
