    Hi i was trying to book a reservation for the parks for February but the website keeps failing on me, who can help me book a reservation quickly? Thank you

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Luna! I see that you are planning a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth in February. There's not a better way to kick off a new year, how fun! 

    Luna, I'm sorry to know that you've been having trouble making a park pass reservation for your upcoming trip. Sometimes, I suppose, websites and the internet can be temperamental. Have you tried using the MyDisneyExperience app on your smartphone to make your park pass reservations? It's my preferred method. I think the app is just so user-friendly. 

    If you don't already, I encourage you to download the MyDisneyExpereince app to your smartphone device. Then, open the app and sign in to your MyDisneyExperience account if prompted. Next, click on the plus sign icon with the circle around it. This will pull up the general navigation menu for the app. You should see the option to "Make a Park Reservation" and you'll want to select that. After selecting the type of theme park ticket that you have, you'll be redirected to the park pass reservation website where you'll select your planning party, a date on the calendar and then a theme park. If all goes well, you should be taken to a confirmation page and have the option to make another park pass reservation for a different day. Sometimes starting the process through the app is the only way I've gotten it to go through as I've also struggled with the website before. 

    If that doesn't work for you, Luna, you are going to have to troubleshoot this issue with a Cast Member. My favorite way to reach out and talk to someone is actually, again, through the MyDisneyExperience app. If you open the app and then select the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, this is going to bring up another menu. Scroll down until you see the option to "Chat With Us" and open the chat. This is my favorite way to get in touch with someone because you don't have to wait on hold. You can open the chat, submit your issue and then click off and go about your day. When a Cast Member is ready to chat, you'll receive a push notification letting you know it's your turn. It's a great alternative to waiting on hold all day. The Cast Member helping you will be able to troubleshoot your issue and if they can't figure it out, they'll be able to select your park pass reservations for you and link them to your MyDisneyExperience account.
