I am trying to book a reservation for Disneyland,. The calendar online says that both parks are available to book, but when I select my tickets and proceed to the reservation page only California adventure is available. Am I doing something wrong?

Happy Holidays, Sean! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you have dropped by to see us and ask us a question.

It just so happens that now is a wonderful time to visit The Happiest Place on Earth! The holiday time at Disneyland Resort is full of magic and wonder. I'm sorry you are having trouble with your theme park ticket reservations. If the calendar shows both parks available, but when you go to book it only shows one, it very well could mean you already have theme park ticket reservations for a park. Did you purchase your tickets through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app? If so, your theme park ticket reservations were made for you when you made your purchase. To double-check this, head to the "Theme Park Ticket and Reservations" page, then click on "Make or Modify Park Reservations". This will take you to a page where you can see upcoming reservations for any ticket that is already linked to your Disney account if you scroll down the page. I am hopeful that you will see your Disneyland Park reservations already booked and waiting for you there.

If you do not see any reservations, make sure your tickets are linked. You can also always reach out to Ticket Services for more help as they have access to helping you with this.

Shawn, before you head to the parks make sure you have the Disneyland app downloaded so you can conveniently check attraction wait times, see the entertainment schedule, and mobile order your food and beverages! Have a wonderful visit!
