Hello! I am trying to book the Railroad Guided Tour in Disneyland Anaheim for early May 2026, but I see that there are no dates available beyond May 2? Is it sold out, unavailable, not open for booking yet...? Thanks!

All aboard and welcome to planDisney, Steven. Thanks for choo-choo-choosing us to help with all of the magical details leading up to your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Adding a tour to your visit is a great way to learn a little more about the parks, which I am a huge fan of.

I just returned from a visit and wouldn't you know, took this very tour and enjoyed it so much. I also noticed that the calendar for the Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour shows available dates only through May 2nd. I called and chatted with a friendly Cast Member who shared that the tour must not be available after that date, as we're well within the 60-day booking window, and the calendar shows no availability past then.

Oh, bother! I'm so sorry to deliver this disappointing news. But before you go off the rails, you might consider some of the other tours with availability during your visit. A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Resort takes you through the park's storied past and offers a Lightning Lane Entry for a select attraction as well as access to a reserved viewing area for a nighttime spectacular. Most recently, this was for the Paint the Night Parade. There's also the Women Who Make the Magic Guided Tour, where you learn about some trailblazing and legendary women who made names for themselves in The Walt Disney Company. With this tour you'll also gain access to a reserved viewing area for a nighttime spectacular, which most recently has been Wondrous Journeys.

It's a fantastic time to visit Disneyland with the continuation of the 70th Celebration. You'll get to enjoy all of the festivities and fun during your visit. If you haven't already, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app where you'll find a handy guide to all the happenings.

Steven, while this might not have been the answer you were hoping for, I hope that the information that I shared is helpful as you're putting the final pieces into place for your visit. Come back to visit us with any other questions that we can help with before your trip. Here's wishing you a most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
