Hi, we are trying to book our parks however we can only book for the 2 adults in the party it does not recognise the children in the party. We have tried entering the reservation number however it says or has been used.

    Hiya Joanne!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question! As a fellow international Guest, I know just how memorable Disney vacations are, and I am so excited that you will be able to experience the Disney magic real soon. Is the countdown on in your household yet? I know it may seem far away, but I promise the last month before a Disney trip always goes by so quickly!

Making plans with children can be a bit tricky at times. Indeed, since children under 13 must have a profile managed by their parent or whoever is organizing the trip, only this person can make plans for this child. This means that other adults typically would not be able to make plans for the kid's profile. What I think might have happened is that you may be trying to book theme park reservations on the account that is not in charge of the kids' profiles. In this case, I would recommend logging into both adults' accounts and checking which account has the kids' tickets linked. You can see this information by going into "My Reservations" and locating the theme park tickets. Then, once you have found which profile is in charge of the kids, make sure to log into that adult's account to book your theme park reservations!

If you are still experiencing issues with the reservation system after making sure you are logged into the right profile, there are still a couple of things you can do. First, I would recommend logging into your account on a different browser or a different device. Indeed, I usually try to use my phone if the website does not work on my computer, and vice versa. Second, you can call a Disney representative and have them make your theme park reservations. Disney Cast Members and representatives truly are real-life magic makers, and I always go to them whenever I need help! I would also recommend that you try these solutions soon as theme park reservations are subject to availability and are required to visit the theme parks. Once your reservations are in order, however, that is when the real planning fun begins!

I hope this was helpful, Joanne, and that you and your ohana will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, especially from one international Guest to another!

    Have a magical day,
