Hi there, Leonard!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry you're having a hard time purchasing your ticket. I'll walk you through the steps, then give you some options for contacting a Cast Member if you need more help.
I just checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar (always a good first step when you're thinking of purchasing tickets) and it looks like both parks still have open reservations for Christmas Day. Yay! That means you're good to purchase your tickets on the Disneyland website by following these steps:
- Visit the Tickets webpage
- Select the type of ticket you need (in your case it's a Standard Theme Park Ticket)
- Choose the number of days (for you, just one day)
- Select the number of adult tickets and number of child tickets for your party
- Click on which type of ticket you want, a One Park Per Day or a Park Hopper
- Click "Continue"
- On the new page, use the calendar to click the date you want to visit
- If you've picked One Park Per Day tickets you'll select your park next (if you're purchasing Park Hopper Tickets then you'll choose which park to start your day in)
- Click "Continue"
- Choose any additional options for your tickets (a busy day like Christmas would be a great time to add Disney Geine+ Service to your tickets to keep your wait times lower)
- Click "Continue"
- Check your cart to make sure everything looks correct, then click "Continue" again to pay for your tickets
That process should work for you, but if you're still having trouble you can call the
Tickets phone number and a Cast Member will be happy to help you. I wouldn't wait too long, because Christmas day will be popular and reservations could run out!
With one day in the parks, you'll want to make sure you get up bright and early! Download the
Disneyland Mobile App before you arrive so you can explore the attractions and entertainment you're interested in and plan accordingly. You can also use the app to
order snacks and treats!
I hope these steps help you purchase your tickets, Leonard! I'm wishing you the merriest holiday ever!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
