After chatting with Cast Members, it seems that to combine this 4-Park Magic Ticket offer with a stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, you'll need to give them a call. There's some verbiage suggesting that the room would need to be non-discounted, but you'd likely still be able to take advantage of the 4-Park Magic Ticket.
You see, with special offers like these, there are often very specific requirements and rooms allocated for such offers can be limited. It's all about finding that perfect balance between availability and maximizing the magic of your vacation.
