On trying to book. Hotel package only. I stating I can't book standard room?? We are 2 ad 3 child ages 8,7,2. I was under the impression under 3 were free and stayed in a pack n play still. Any suggestions please

    Hi Nicola,

I recommend that you call the Walt Disney Travel Company directly at 407-W-DISNEY to make your resort reservations. Sometimes the computer has difficultly when trying to add a child under the age of 3 to your reservation if you are already at the maximum number of guests allowed per room. The Cast Members will be able to help you book your Room Only reservation for you.

Make sure you stop by the Special Offers page to see if any apply to the dates that you are traveling. If so, mention that special on the phone.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
