My Disney Experience app, tap the "≡" menu, and navigate to the Help & Feedback section. There, select the “Chat With Us” option to connect with a Cast Member, who can assist in scheduling this magical experience.
If you're unable to secure a reservation in advance, I would check back frequently for cancellations, as spots may open up closer to your visit. Additionally, you can try for a walk-in appointment by heading directly to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique when you arrive. There may be same-day availability.
If meeting princesses is a priority, I highly recommend booking a meal at
Cinderella’s Royal Table in
Disney’s Magic Kingdom. It's a truly magical experience where you'll meet Disney royalty and enjoy a delicious meal inside the iconic castle, an unforgettable memory for any guest!
