We are trying to book our family vacation for a very large family. We want to go during Mickeys Halloween Party, bippity boppity boutique, and food and wine festival, 2022. have 5 families total. 10 adults and 11 children ranging from 1 to 17.

Hello, Lisa, and welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by, we are more than happy to help and answer any questions you may have about the Walt Disney World Resort.

Traveling in a large group is something I am familiar with. When my family visits, it’s usually us 4 and then we invite my parents, siblings, and a few family and friends to join us. I don’t think we’ve ever been as large as a group as your family, but it’s so fun to bring everyone together.

Since you are visiting with a large group, you may want to consider contacting the Walt Disney World Resort for more information on Group Rates. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help plan out this magical visit.

Everything you all want to do and see is date-specific. I would plan for at least a week at Walt Disney World Resort so that there is some flexibility to your schedule, as dates for Disney After Hours Boo Bash and EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE®, for the 2022 year have not been shared just yet.

Of course, once the dates are shared, with the wave of the wand (and internet connection), you should be able to purchase tickets for Disney After Hours Boo Bash as soon as they go on sale for next year. I believe they were available this past July, so plan for around that time frame.

Another family favorite is Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Unfortunately, there has been no announcement made as to when this magical transformation will return. The good thing is, if this experience returns in time for your visit, there are 3 different locations to choose from. This should help when it comes to planning as well since you don’t necessarily have to be inside Magic Kingdom Park to experience this.

Lisa, I hope this all helps answer your question and gets your planning started. I can’t wait for you all to experience the Walt Disney World Resort together. Thanks again and we will see you real soon!
