I am so excited to hear you are planning your trip to visit us here in the Most Magical Place on Earth later this year! Disney Resort Collection accommodations, let's review a few things and see if we can get you pointed in the right direction.
Availability onsite at most Disney Resort Collection hotels has been a very hot commodity ever since the COVID-19 travel restrictions ended earlier this year. Since that time, availability has been very scarce in Walt Disney World and the resorts, in particular, have been uncharacteristically busy for an uncharacteristically long time. I would like to say that the times booked and the lack of availability in November is a glitch, but the way the year has gone, I am not sure it is. Historically slower times have not played out as they have in years past and the resorts have been consistently busy since early this year with interest taking few breaks if any.
So some options that you have when you are planning your trip, is that you can wait a few days or weeks to see if anything opens up or you can consider some
More Great Accommodations. There are several resorts partnered with Disney and very close to Walt Disney World that you may have better luck finding availability. These resorts listed on the Walt Disney World site have been thoroughly vetted by Disney and are some that go above and beyond with standards of cleanliness and customer service as well as offer many amenities similar to what you might find when staying onsite at a Disney Resort Collection hotel. This would be a great option when considering booking your trip later this year.
There are so many things going on in Walt Disney World right now and so many great things coming up soon! Disney has always been known to deck the halls in all theme parks, Disney Springs and resorts for the Holiday season and I am sure that this year will be no exception.
