Hiya, Natalie! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so, so much for stopping by with your question. I'm so happy to see you here!
Oh bother...I am so sorry to hear that Stitch has been at it again, but you know how much he likes mischief. Please don't worry about it, though, because there are actually two different ways for you to book your dining reservations and kick off the final countdown!
Before we begin,
it's very important for you to make sure that you're exactly 60 days out from your Disney Resorts Collection hotel check-in date. It's crucial for you to remember that you'll be able to make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance for stays up to 10-days long. If you'd like to book reservations for a longer stay, you will need to do so 60 days out from days 11, 12, 13, and so on.
Natalie, now that you've made sure that your dates are correct, please verify that you're logged into your My Disney Experience account either through the mobile app or the
Walt Disney World Resort website. This step is critical to the process, because it will let the servers know that you are actually eligible to start booking your dining reservations. Once you've done that, you may try again!
Like I said, there are two ways for you to book your desired dining reservations, and your first option is to do it through the Walt Disney World Resort website. To do this, simply log into your Disney account, hover over the Things to Do tab, and click on
Make Reservations. Once here, fill in your desired date, time, and party size, and click on Search Times. Now, please take some time to browse through the options and pick the restaurants that you like best! If the website is still displaying the same error message, please make sure that your Resort reservation has actually been linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do this, hover over the My Disney Experience tab and click on
My Plans. Now, scroll down until you locate your reservation. If you can't see it here, scroll back up, hover over Resort Hotel, and click on
Link a Reservation. You will be able to retrieve your reservation by inserting your Confirmation Number and Last Name in the empty cells!
If your Resort reservation has definitely been linked and the website is still playing tricks, it will be time for you to
speak to a friendly Cast Member at 0800 16 90 748 or through the chat box within the My Disney Experience mobile app. Cast Members are amazing... I actually think of them as Fairy Godparents of our own!
Natalie, I hope that you're able to book all the dining reservations you want. Have the most magical time on your vacation! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back here so my friends and I can assist you further.
See you real soon!
