I'm sorry you are having trouble booking your
Dining Reservations. Let's try a few things to see if we can get you on the right track.
First, double check your dates to confirm you are within your 60-day booking window. Before that, the system will not allow you to book a reservation.
Next, make sure you are logging into your
My Disney Experience account correctly. Double check both your email address and password. When logged in correctly on the website, you should see "Welcome, Adrianna." The welcome message should also show up when you are on the app. If you are not seeing this, try logging in again. If you forgot your password, you may have to reset it so you can gain access to your account.
If that did not work, try logging out, closing out everything and starting over. Sometimes the system just needs to refresh. When on your computer, you might also want to try a different web browser.
Still no luck? Then it might be time to
