I have recently had issues while trying to book dining reservations via the
My Disney Experience mobile app – I could only finalize my reservations by making them online. Whenever I cannot make dining reservations or theme park reservations online, I try using another browser, and that usually does the trick.
I am sorry to hear you were not able to book a restaurant you were hoping to visit. However, I recommend checking the My Disney Experience app as you get closer to your travel dates. Sometimes Guests end up modifying or canceling their plans, and that is when you may find availability. In addition, you are also welcome to use the My Disney Experience to
add your party to the walk-up list at select table service restaurants throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
