I'm sorry you ran into a bit of dark water when trying to book your 2023 Disney Cruise Line vacation! With
summer 2023 itineraries being released a bit later than usual, it has been a bit like a wildebeest stampede trying to board the website and phone lines recently.
When I experience some unexpected website issues, I always start by closing all my browser windows and start fresh to see if that helps. More often than not, that seems to help me get the website responding the way I expect it to and allow me to have the options I'd expect for early booking! Now, I notice you're not US-based, so for our friends across the pond, my fellow panelist Jane always reminds us that bookings are best accomplished by
planning your cruise on your region's site, which often means calling freephone on 0800 169 0742.
