Hi I am trying to book the bibiddi bobbidi boutique and when I phone the number it says they are not taking reservations at this time for tours etc. Can you help please.

Hi Lisa and welcome to planDisney! It is always my absolute pleasure to be able to assist a fellow UK Guest with the planning of their trip to my favourite holiday destination - Walt Disney World!

There's nothing more magical than a visit to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! Not only is this a super special occasion for your little one but, also for you, as a parent, watching your very own Prince, or Princess, being transformed into Disney royalty, before your very eyes.

Making reservations for this Enchanting Extra can be a little tricky for Guests visiting from the UK. Whilst it is possible to make reservations for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique via the U.S. version of the Walt Disney World website, it is not possible to do so via the UK version.

You are quite right in saying that when calling the Tours, Reservations number detailed on the Phone Directory and selecting the relevant option, you receive a recorded message stating that they are not taking reservations at this time.

I can, however, tell you that I have had success making reservations using both of the following options:-
    1/ By calling 0800 16 90 749.
2/ Via the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App.

Reservations for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can be made online, or, via the "Chat With Us" option at 6:00am EST (or, 11:00am GMT) 60 days in advance. Reservations by telephone can be made at 7:00am EST (or, 12:00 noon GMT) 60 days in advance.

    Top Tip No. 1
    - You can find the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App by clicking on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and scrolling down to the Help & Feedback section.

Top Tip No. 2 - Did you know that if you will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel during your visit, you are able to make reservations for the first 10-days of your stay, 60 days in advance of your arrival date? You will most probably find that there is more availability for Days 9 or 10 compared with Days 1 or 2 so, it might be worthwhile planning your visit for the latter part of your trip.

Due to the immense popularity of this experience, I would highly recommend that you are ready to book as soon as the clock strikes the relevant time, 60 days out.

I do hope that this has answered your question, Lisa and I will be keeping my fingers crossed that you are able to secure a reservation for sometime during your stay.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
