I’ll never forget our daughter getting to do this amazing experience and how excited she was to get her magic wand at the end. I know your child will absolutely love it. For now, let's see what we can do to get you setup for an appointment.
Alrighty, so in my experience, guests from the UK may be prevented from booking some Enchanting Extras such as
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique before arriving because of local laws and regulations. I would recommend contacting a friendly cast member via the
My Disney Experience app. Once you open the app, tap on the 3 bars in the lower right-hand corner (≡), scroll down, and tap on Chat with Us. If for some reason you are unsuccessful, I would recommend contacting
Guest Services.
I know this is a very popular experience and reservations can book up quickly, but I’ve found guests’ plans often change, so if you can't get a reservation that works for you, keep trying. Another option is to visit them first thing in the morning and see if you can get a walk-up appointment. I’ve always found that the Fairy Godmothers will do their best to sprinkle a little pixie dust on guests.
