Hi Amy!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am happy to see that you are planning ahead, and making your dining reservations, as these are highly recommended. Unfortunately, guests are not permitted to make two different dining reservations at the same time, and My Disney Experience, or the
online booking system, will only allow you to make any reservations on the same day if they are spaced 90-120 minutes apart. Is this something you could do? If you are spending time at a theme park, maybe use the time to enjoy some attractions while the other half of your family dines? Or if you are at
Disney Springs you could fill the time with some shopping, or enjoying some of the entertainment, or take a tethered flight on
Aerophile - The World Leader in Balloon Flight - the world's largest hand-painted helium balloon - I love this - the views are amazing!
Disney Springs is host to many
Quick-Service restaurant locations where no reservation is required, so perhaps you could consider dining there together instead of making a reservation at a table-service restaurant? From pizzas at Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza, burgers at D-Luxe Burger, the best sandwiches on property (in my opinion) at Earl of Sandwich and barbecued offerings at The Polite Pig, and everything in between, there is sure to be something for everyone.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
Sue
