Trying to make ADR - FOLK at AK in one place says tier II is dining plan eligible and then on another screen it says DP not accepted. Which is it?

    Greetings Michelle!

I am so happy to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and Pride Rock. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is my favorite park to explore when I visit. I’m not sure if it's the bioluminescent glow of Pandora-The World of Avatar in the evenings, or the beauty of the Tree of Life that draws me to this park. It could also be the fact that Mickey and Minnie always greet me with a warm welcome at their exploration headquarters. I can’t pinpoint what it is, but I just love Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Festival of the Lion King is the show I remember most, from my first visit to Walt Disney World Resort, so I’m excited that you will be enjoying a dining package with the show! Festival of the Lion King Signature Dining Package has two different tiers to choose from. The main difference between the two tiers is the seating offered.

Tier 1 includes VIP seating for the show and does not allow a Disney Dining Plan to be used for this experience. However, Tier 2 is Disney Dining Plan eligible. If you have already added a Disney Dining Plan to your visit, then I recommend reserving the Tier 2 option so that you can use your Disney Dining Plan if you wish.

I hope this helps you decide which Tier you would like to reserve for your upcoming visit. Whichever you choose, I know you will enjoy the delicious offerings included from Tiffins Restaurant!

    See you soon Traveler!
