    i am trying to add in my voucher number to book my reservations for parks & it is telling me that the voucher does not exist.

     Welcome to planDisney, Kayla. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll soon be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

     I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty getting your Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. Not knowing exactly what type of voucher you have for your tickets, I can't be sure where the ID number is listed. Don't worry! Visit the Link Reservations and Purchases page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Click on the Select button underneath the ticket icon. You'll be directed to a page where you can enter your ticket ID number. There you can search various ticket types, and you may find one that matches the voucher you have. These ticket samples highlight where you can find the number you need to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. 

     If the linking page isn't helping you, I suggest calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!

     Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, go ahead and make those Theme Park Reservations right away. You can book your reservations using the Disney Park Pass System online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app.
