You’ll want to begin by logging in to your
My Disney Experience account. You will then select
“My Plans”. Scroll down to where you see the “Park Tickets” icon and hover over it until the option to “Link Tickets” appears. Go ahead and try typing in the numbers to link your tickets. If you are still experiencing difficulties you may want to
update your web browser or use
one of the recommended browsers.
If you are still experiencing difficulties you may want to give a Cast Member, at the Walt Disney World Resort,
a call. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you get your tickets linked to your account. Sometimes, when I am having difficulties on the website, I like to switch over to my phone and use the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You will be able to link your tickets using the mobile app as well. So you may want to give that a try as well.
Once your tickets are linked, you’ll be one step closer to the magic. Don’t forget to make your
park reservations.
