I'm sorry to hear you've run into some glitches while trying to add your reservation to your Disney account. I am happy to be your own Fix-it-Felix and hopefully, we can get you closer to all the fun awaiting you as you plan your next Disneyland Resort vacation! The answer to your question depends on what type of reservation you are wishing to link. I'll share some steps for linking a hotel reservation, making a theme park reservation, and a dining reservation.
- Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservations or Vacation Packages may be linked using the "My Hotel Reservations" tab under My Disneyland. Once you've navigated there, you'll see the option to "Link Another Reservation" where you can enter the reservation or confirmation number you received at the time of booking. The screen will also prompt you to include your last name and arrival date.
- Theme Park Reservations can be made by visiting the Ticket and Reservation Details page and following the steps to book a reservation for the date and theme park that you wish, for each ticket that is currently linked to your Disney account. If you need to link any ticket purchases, you can do so by visiting the "Link Tickets" page and entering the Ticket ID number you received in your email confirmation.
If you ever need to locate any of these reservations to view, modify, or cancel them, you can log in to your Disney account on the Disneyland Resort website and select "
My Plans." I visit this page frequently, as I love being able to see all the details of my upcoming plans in one single location! Roseann, I also want to mention that the
official Disneyland mobile app is also a great way to keep track of your reservations. You can select the '≡' tab from the main menu and then scroll down to the "Future Plans" option to view any currently held reservations. At the bottom of this screen, you'll also see a "Link to Account" button in case you need to add any reservation or confirmation numbers to your mobile app.
