    Trying to add a guest to my party and remove one it will not let me

    Welcome to planDisney, Catherine! 

    It sounds like a villain must be messing with your technology! Luckily, I’ve got a band of heroes on my side ready to help you out! 

    Just to make sure you’re correctly trying to remove the party member from your My Disney Experience account, I’ll illustrate below how to do it on the Walt Disney World Resort website and the My Disney Experience Mobile App! 

    To remove a party member from “My Plans” on the Walt Disney World Resort website

    -Log in to the Walt Disney World Resort website.
    -Click on the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen.
    -Scroll down and select the “My Family & Friends” tab.
    -Locate the party member you’d like to remove.
    -Select the blue “Update” button located to the right of the party member.
    -Select the blue “Remove from This List” button on the right.

    To remove a party member from “My Plans” on the My Disney Experience Mobile App:

    -Log in to the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    -Select the icon on the bottom righthand corner of the screen.
    -Scroll down and select the “My Profile” tab.
    -Select the blue “Family & Friends List” button.
    -Locate and select the party member you’d like to remove.
    -Select the blue “Remove from My List” option.

    If you find that you’re still stuck, I’d recommend calling Disney’s Website Support Team at (407) 939-4357. They’ll be able to help you remove that party member in no-time! 

    To add a Guest, you should be able to do that through the “My Family & Friends” page on the Walt Disney World Resort website or the “Family & Friends List” on the My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking the blue “Add a Guest” button at the bottom of the page and following the prompts to add your party member! If that does not work, I would point you in the direction of Disney’s Website Support again.
