    Trying to add on genie+ to my reservation for next week. It wont let me do it myself online. When I called, I waited on hold for an hour and a half, the person said they needed to talk to a supervisor and then my call got dropped. Please advise.

    You must be thrilled to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this week! What a great time to visit with all of the gorgeous fall decorations still lining Main Street, U.S.A., plus all of the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration golden statues found around the theme parks. You will have the BEST time!

    I'm so sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding Disney Genie+ Service to your Walt Disney World theme park tickets. There is a lot we are learning with this new digital service, but hopefully, things will be straightened out soon! In the meantime, your best bet will be to contact Disney directly and speak with a Cast Member. You can either try giving them a call at (407) 934-7639 or wait until you arrive at the theme parks and try to add it with the help of Guest Relations. If you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can also visit the Front Desk for assistance when you arrive for your stay.
