    I am trying to add genie+ onto the tickets I bought yesterday. Can you help me with that?

    The countdown to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts now! In just a few short weeks, you will be off on an incredible adventure, enjoying all of the fun and excitement of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration. I just know you are going to have the time of your life!

    Lara, I would be happy to help you get Disney Genie+ added to your theme park tickets. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience App.
    • Open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner.
    • From there, select on "My Genie Day" and click on "Get Disney Genie+ for Today."
    • Then, follow the prompt to add Genie+ to your theme park ticket, and you are all set!

    If you have any trouble with the steps above, one of the fabulous Cast Members on the Existing Tickets team will be more than happy to help you out. You can reach them at (407) 934-7639.

    Now, keep in mind that you will only be able to make your Lightening Lane selections starting at 7 a.m. on the day of your visit. So, be sure to set an alarm and have the app pulled up and ready to go to make sure you can reserve your preferred attractions.

    Lara, Walt Disney World is famous for its fabulous entertainment, so make sure you leave yourself some time to enjoy one of these fantastic shows during your visit. My personal favorite is Harmonious over at EPCOT. This incredible fireworks spectacular to the tune of those classic Disney favorites will absolutely blow you away. It's the perfect way to end your magical day in the parks.
