    I am trying to add Genie+ to a 1 day park hopper pass that we have for Feb 26th but I am unable to do it in the My Disney Experience App. We purchased the ticket on the Disney website. Do I need to call and speak to someone to add it?

    Oh Boy! In just a few days, you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. No matter which theme park you are visiting seek out the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. They make fun and unique photo opportunities to last a lifetime. Indulge in a specialty-themed delight available in the 50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide.

    Fantastic news you have secured a Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper® Option. Just a friendly reminder, you will need a Theme Park Reservation for the first park you choose to visit. Here is the availability calendar. Currently, after 2:00 PM you may board complimentary Walt Disney World Transportation to your next theme park adventure.

    Another great call on your interest in maximizing your day with the all-new Disney Genie+ Service. With your single-day ticket, you may purchase Genie + plus beginning at midnight on the day of your park reservation. Log into your My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "My Genie Day" followed "Get Disney Genie+ Service."Again, click on the purple "Get Disney Genie+ Service" and select all parties purchasing Genie+ Service. Follow the prompts to confirm, pay, and submit.

    Lightning Lane selections will be available to you beginning at 7:00 AM. Individual Lightning Lane purchases are available for Walt Disney World Resort Guests beginning at 7:00 AM. Day guests can begin making Individual Lightning Lane purchases at the time of park opening. Your Disney Genie+ Service also follows you with park hopping. Disney Genie+ will give you options at other theme parks after 2:00 PM.

    Please be aware you are visiting during the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. Many roads will be closed in the morning hours to accommodate many running princesses. Plan accordingly for increased travel times.

    Whichever park you finish your night, enjoy the amazement and wonder of Beacons of Magic. Disney icons come to shimmering EARidescent life with lights, song, and projections.
