I see that you have a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up, and I know that you are counting down the days until your November arrival! It seems I am always on a countdown, and I like it that way.
I believe you may be referring to the
Disney Genie+, and if so, starting June 8, you will only be able to purchase it through the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit. In other words, on the day of your scheduled theme park visit, you can purchase Disney Genie+ (one day at a time) via the
My Disney Experience app (subject to availability). So that I could get a feel for what you are experiencing, I went in to try and add Disney Genie+ to our existing theme park tickets for our upcoming visit next month, and I also got the message, “This guest does not have a valid theme park admission.” What that means is I do not have a valid admission for today, but when the time comes for our theme park reservations, the morning of our reservation, it will give me the option to purchase (should availability exist). So everything will be in place when the time comes.
