I am happy to see that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort and have secured some
advanced dining reservations! First things first, be sure that you have checked My Disney Experience to see if the dining reservations are not already linked. Log in from the website or using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. In the mobile app, be sure to scroll through Future Plans. I assume you have done this but want to just be sure because I have, at times, not scrolled all of the way through my plans and have missed seeing a reservation.
If you do need to actually link them, let me give you some guidance. From the Disney website, click on My Disney Experience and then click on My Plans. From there, scroll down and click on the plus sign to Add More Plans. Then click on Link Reservations and Purchases. When you received an email confirmation for each dining reservation, you should have the confirmation number. Use that number to link each reservation.
If you still cannot link the reservations, you can try
calling to speak with a cast member in Website Support. I suggest that you have all of your confirmation numbers ready when you call. Once you have all of those reservations linked, take a few moments to celebrate!
Penny, also be sure to use
Mobile Dine Check-in when you are on your vacation. If you have any special dietary requests, note those on the reservation when you check-in if they were not already noted when you made the reservation. And be sure you have reviewed the
dining reservation cancellation policy keeping in mind that there may be specific policies for select restaurants, so also double-check each reservation confirmation email. In the meantime, continue the
practically perfect planning!
