    Trying to add my daughter's MagicBand+ and getting validation error could not determine media state error everytime trying to add to the app. I have reset the magicband, deleted the magicband from bluetooth, deleted the app, re-installed that app

    Gawrsh! I hate to read you are having technical difficulties with your new interactive MagicBand+. I had so much fun interacting with those famous golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues at all four theme parks. I even connected with Stitch by the purple wall as I was chilling on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover.

    After a little research here are a few more troubleshooting things to try. First, please verify both your phone and My Disney Experience Mobile App are up to date. Also, MagicBand+ must have a good charge in order to update and link to your smartphone. You can follow these steps and watch a video to aid you in your efforts. Scroll down for a tutorial on how to manage multiple MagicBands+ on one account. After all of these suggestions, if you still have problems, check out the MagicBand+ Support page or call the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ Help Desk.

    Once you get these bugs worked out, get ready to experience the nighttime spectaculars in a whole new way. Your daughter's new arm candy will light up with Harmonious, Disney Enchantment, and Beacons of Magic.
