I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble trying to link your confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account. This actually happened to me back in December 2021, so my experience in the matter is pretty recent! Don't you worry about a thing, because this is a totally fixable issue. In fact, you have a couple of options in order to get it done.
Your first option is to do it virtually. To do this, please open the
My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen. Once here, scroll down until you see a "Chat With Us" box and click on it. This option will allow you to chat with a Cast Member in real time, which is really cool! This is what I did in December, and the wonderful Cast Member was able to link my confirmation number to my account in no time.
Your second option is to
speak to a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-1936. This will also ensure that your reservation will be linked correctly, but you might have to hold on the phone for a while. My personal recommendation would be to do it directly through the app, but any of these two options will work perfectly!
