Hello, Jessica! Welcome to planDisney.
I understand it’s frustrating being so close to booking an activity only to have it not let you. I had a similar experience trying to book Palo Brunch a few months ago. Let’s troubleshoot this together.
First, have you tried booking the activity on the
Disney Cruise Line website or the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app? Try both to see if this resolves your issue. If you have an activity already scheduled that overlaps with the new one, you may need to cancel the first activity to book the second. I had to do this when I wanted to change Port Adventures. I was nervous to drop the first reservation, but it all worked out! Sometimes you cannot complete a booking if there isn’t availability to accommodate your party size. For example, you want to book Palo Brunch, and only tables are available for four, not two.
If you are still experiencing technical issues, please
call a Disney Cruise Line reservation agent for help. They can walk you through the booking process and, if need be, direct your call to the appropriate team.
If one or more of the activities you wanted to book are sold out, don't worry! Guests often change their plans, so I recommend checking for cancellations. I secured a sold-out excursion in Rome by checking the website every few days. Another option is to cruise by Guest Services or the Port Adventures desk once you board. They will be happy to assist you!
Jessica, I hope the rest of your trip planning is smooth sailing. If you have any more questions as embarkation day approaches, please let me know. My pals and I are delighted to help!
SEAS the adventure!
