    I am trying to access safe passage for our cruise in 14 days but says tho information is wrong even though it is correct this is the same with all our party travelling in two staterooms

    Ahoy there, Claire! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm sorry you seem to be running into some stormy seas regarding your Safe Passage information! Let's see if we can do some wayfinding out of this tumult as Moana and Maui would! 

    Now, from the looks of it, you're probably getting an error message that reads something like this: 

    "Reservation not found. Please check the following: (1) Your sail date must be within 15 days of the current date before it is available for registration in Safe Passage. (2) Please ensure that your information exactly matches your reservation itinerary. If you have booked or modified your reservation recently, please wait 24 hours and try again. If you feel you are receiving this message in error, please call 1-877-250-5132 or e-mail DCLsupport@inspirediagnostics.com." 

    Does that look familiar? 

    If so, I'm sure this has been very frustrating, since your cruise departs on August 6th - and that's definitely within 15 days of your sailing. Ah, what's this? I may have an idea of what may be happening! I noticed in your question that you are using the Day/Month/Year format - and since you're writing to us from across the pond, and not a time-traveler...right?... by any chance have you been using that format to enter your birth date on Safe Passage?

    Since Safe Passage and Inspire Diagnostics are US-based companies, they require the Month/Day/Year format. I'd suggest trying using that to see if it will give you a success message! If that still doesn't work, I would say your next step would be sending a message to the support email listed above, being sure to start the body of the email with your full name, reservation number, and contact number followed by your question! 

    Personally, I think the day/month/year format makes way more sense, but I may be in the minority when it comes to that - though I also am the type of person who starts in the Canada Pavilion when visiting EPCOT's World Showcase. Maybe I just sail to my own breeze as a contrarian so to speak!
