Disney Park Pass Reservations. If you are looking online and your screen reads in Spanish, look to the top right-hand corner for the country tab. The website may be set to a Spanish-speaking country. In this case, select that tab and tap on United States.
The other issue may be your Communication Preferences in your
My Disney Experience account. Log into your account, select your profile, scroll down and tap on "Communication Preferences." The next screen will be "Preferred Language for Communication." Verify that you are set to English. If you continue to have issues, you can call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ Help Center.
Through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can also book Disney Park Pass Reservations. Open the app, click on the "+" sign at the bottom center, select "Make or Modify Park Reservations," followed by "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations," and log into your My Disney Experience account. The next screen will walk you through securing your reservations. Have a magical vacation.
