My Disney Experience quite frequently — both the full desktop version and the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. More and more, there are so many new and exciting attractions, restaurants, and magical encounters to experience that it's helpful to keep all the plans and "must-do" items in one place. My Disney Experience makes for the perfect planning tool.
I can see exactly what you mean about not being able to add an item to your Wish List in My Disney Experience. Another Guest recently visited us here at Disney Parks Moms Panel and raised the same question. When you click on the heart icon to "Add to Wish List," you see a message that says "Sorry. We are unable to update your Wish List item at this time." I reached out to the Walt Disney Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 to ask about the My Disney Experience Wish List feature, and they shared with me that they are aware of the issue of not being able to add items to the Wish List and told me they are working to fix the issue. While I don't have any details on the timing of their work, let's hope we can get back to using the Wish List real soon, as it's such a convenient feature.
Tanya, I can share a workaround that might be useful in the meantime. You could use the "My Itinerary" view, select a date from the calendar, and use the "Add Plans" menu to select "Add a Note." This would let you enter and save any notes or ideas for a specific day of your trip. You can even share notes with others on your Family & Friends list. You might find the Note feature useful.
