We want to try to save a little money and eat breakfast in our hotel room. Is there a grocery store on site to buy some breakfast items (cereal, milk, granola bars....)

    Hello Julie!

Thanks for writing.  How exciting that you have a Walt Disney World vacation countdown in progress!  All of the Walt Disney World Resort have gift shops with some basic snack items, as well as a variety of beverages.  If you happen to be staying at a resort that has Disney Vacation Club accommodations on site (the Deluxe Resort Hotels and Deluxe Villas) you will find a wide variety of fresh and frozen "grab and go" options for your room.  If you are looking to save some money, I might recommend packing some granola bars and small cereal boxes or other shelf-stable snacks, however, as you are likely to find better prices at home than on property.   When I travel with my family, I always do what you outlined in your question:  have breakfast in our room and save for snacks in the park and dinners at some of Walt Disney World's incredible dining venues.  Your idea is certainly a great one!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
