Christina from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

When I try to make a reservation with my ticket, it says that it's assigned to another account, even though it has my name on it. I did try to sign in to MyDisneyExperience bc the instructions -even though that appears to only be linked to Disney World

    Hi Christina,

Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney today. I am so excited for the reopening of Disneyland Resort! I seriously cannot wait to see pictures from this very special day. Can you believe how close we are to Disneyland Resort opening up their gates?

I am so sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your Theme Park Tickets, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this in no time. It sounds like you have already linked your tickets to either the Disneyland Resort website or the mobile app. I would first begin by double checking that you are using the same email address for both the app and website. (Sometimes I tend to mix up my Disney account email and password combination with my Disney+ account information). If this doesn’t solve the issue, I suggest calling Ticket services in order to speak with a Cast Member. Keep in mind, Even miracles take a little time and with the phased reopening right around the corner, the call volume is a little higher than normal. Cast Members and Mickey Mouse and all his Pals, at the Disneyland Resort, are preparing for this big day so please be patient.

Christina, with some Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust, I’m sure this mix-up will be fixed and you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservations. I can’t wait to hear all about your stroll down Main Street, U.S.A., eat something Mickey-shaped for me!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
