    When I try to purchase Genie+ in app to add to my tickets, it says my dates are not available. Does this service sell out? How is that possible when you can add the at midnight the night before if you want?

     Welcome to planDisney, Lori. I'm so glad you stopped by! With just a few days until your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins, I bet you are practically bursting with excitement. I know I would be! 

     The new Disney Genie Service is super great. Designed to optimize your time and maximize your fun, it helps you create your perfect Disney day! And with the purchase of Disney Genie+ Service, you can take your visit to the next level by minimizing your wait times for popular theme park attractions. What could be better than that?

     I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble purchasing Disney Genie+ Service for your upcoming visit. Technical difficulties aren't the least bit magical, are they? I'm happy to report, though, that there is no limit on how many Guests can purchase Disney Genie+ Service on any given day. You should be able to add Disney Genie+ Service to your existing Theme Park Tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Start by tapping on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen and then tap on the "My Genie Day" box. To purchase Disney Genie+ Service ahead of time, tap on "Change Day" underneath the "My Day" tab. Select the calendar date you'd like to purchase Disney Genie+ Service for, and then tap on the purple banner that says, "Get Disney Genie+ for Today."

     If you're still not able to add Disney Genie+ Service to your existing tickets, I recommend seeking the help of a Cast Member. You can call the Ticketing Team at (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639 before your arrival, and a friendly Cast Member there will do their best to assist you over the phone! You may also wait until your arrival to chat with a Cast Member. If you'll be a Guest of the Disney Resorts Collection, stop by the Front Desk when you arrive to ask about adding Disney Genie+ Service to your stay. If you only plan on visiting the theme parks, stop by Guest Relations at any of the park entrances. 

     There are so many holiday happenings to experience during your upcoming visit! If you plan on exploring EPCOT, be sure to catch a performance of Candlelight Processional. It's my favorite seasonal offering in all of Walt Disney World Resort!
