Hi, Rejeanne! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I'm always happy to chat with another Floridian!
I'm so sorry you're having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations. I know how excited you must be to visit, and it's definitely not very magical when your plans hit a snag. Let's see if we can figure it out.
Even if you need to
verify your Florida residency in person, you still should be able to make a Disney Park Pass reservation if you've purchased and linked your ticket to your
My Disney Experience account. Is it possible that someone in your party has a ticket or pass with
blockout dates? I have a Florida Resident Gold Annual Pass while my husband and son both have Silver, so I'd get that message if I tried to book a theme park reservation right now since their passes are blocked out all summer.
You might try
making your Disney Park Pass reservations one at a time to see which ticket is causing the issue. Once you've identified it, you can make sure it's
linked to your My Disney Experience account and assigned to the correct Guest. If that doesn't work, I'd go ahead and
get in touch with Guest Relations. You can call the number listed under "My Disney Experience and MagicBands," or save yourself some time on hold and use the Chat feature in the
My Disney Experience app. Just press the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen, then click on "Chat With Us." Type in your question, and you'll get a notification when a Cast Member responds, so you don't have to wait on hold. I've used this feature several times, and it's been a big help!
Rejeanne, with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, I'm hoping you can get this issue resolved quickly. Enjoy your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
