Well, apparently Stitch has been having some fun behind the scenes with our new
Disney Park Pass system. I encountered the same problem when I first tried to make my park reservations. My family has Disney Platinum
Annual Passes and several resort reservations but once I made the first three park reservations for us, the system kept saying that we had reached our limit.
I called to speak to a Cast Member in technical support at 407-939-7917. She was unable to resolve the issue immediately but did submit a ticket on my behalf so that the rest of the technical support team was aware of the issue. The technical support team is working diligently to resolve the issue for all Annual Passholders even if that means removing Stitch from one of his favorite play areas!
When we called, it took us several tries to get through and then we waited for a significant amount of time on hold, but the Cast Member who assisted us was wonderful. So, grab a snack and pack some patience when you get ready to call. We talked to the Cast Member that morning and later that evening I went back into the system to check and was able to make park reservations for all of our trips. Keep trying. When I called later this evening, the wait time was shorter!
