I would like to try ordering our QS meals ahead in the Disney app. My son is gluten free. Can I order his meal through the app or should I order in person to be on the safe side?

    Hi Jaynee!

I am so happy to answer another of your questions and help you plan your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Mobile ordering is an awesome addition for select quick service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, Guests who are accommodating an allergy or special dietary requirement will still need to proceed directly to the counter to order their meals. I have a son with multiple food allergies, so I have a lot of experience accommodating special diets at Walt Disney World Resort and I think continuing to order at the counter will really be the best way to ensure Cast Members understand exactly how to prepare safe food for Guests with Special Dietary Requests. Plus, it will give you an opportunity to speak with a manager or Chef, if necessary, to find a safe meal that your son will enjoy!

Please let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
