Going to try 3 nights at POR then 4 nights at BC.Should I just book them as two separate vacations online or would I be better to call to arrange this? Do I just buy a 7 day park hopper ticket with the POR reservation? Anything else I need to know?THX!

    Hi Rosemary!

You can book them both online or work directly with Disney.  You can also work with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, a travel agent specialized in travel to Walt Disney World.  You should definitely buy the 7 day park hopper up front.  You can either do a package (room and tickets) at Port Orleans, or just buy the tickets separately at Walt Disney World.  You can even get Disney to move your luggage from Port Orleans to the Beach Club.

The only thing I don't recommend doing is buying a Disney Dining Plan.  If you do want to buy one, then I suggest only getting it for one of your stays.  That's because the credits expire at midnight on the day you check out and can't be "extended" into your stay at the Beach Club.

By the way, my favorite part of Port Orleans Riverside is the Alligator Bayou section.  I love the theming and think the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous.  At the Beach Club, be sure to save some time to enjoy Stormalong Bay.  It's absolutely amazing; I could spend half a day there easily!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
